Terms of Service for deedflow

1. Scope of Services
deedflow provides end-to-end support for property transaction paperwork and timelines. Services include document review, timeline coordination and guidance through each stage of a real estate transaction. These terms apply to all services, digital products and physical items offered by deedflow.
2. Digital Products
Digital products are interactive guides, templates and instructional materials delivered electronically. Once access is granted, the product is available for download or online use.
3. Physical Products
Physical products are printed materials, manuals and other tangible items shipped to the address provided at purchase.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Services
Clients may cancel or reschedule a service request up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. In such cases, deedflow will issue a full refund to the original method of payment within 14 days of cancellation confirmation. Clients who request a reschedule may transfer the service date to an alternative available slot at no extra charge. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start date, no refunds are provided due to planning and allocation of resources. This policy ensures that deedflow reserves the required time and expertise for each client.
4.2 Digital Products
Due to the nature of electronic delivery, digital products are final sale and no refunds are provided once access has been granted. If there are technical issues preventing access to the product, clients may contact deedflow for technical support or a replacement download link via our contact form within 14 days of purchase.
4.3 Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or swap if they are in unused condition and original packaging. Clients requesting a return must contact deedflow via our contact form to receive a return authorization. Approved returns must be shipped back at the client’s expense unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
